ABOUT DARK VECTOR COGNITION

An agentic AI conglomerate.

Dark Vector Cognition LLC is an agentic company that makes other companies agentic. Two divisions take client work. The rest are digital properties we own and operate.

DVC SERVICES · THE ENGINEERING DIVISION

What Services does.

One build practice, two fixed-price diagnostics and an open-source instrument. Each has a distinct scope and deliverable.

FLAGSHIP · SCOPED ON THE CALL · YOUR REPO · YOUR CLOUD

Agent workflows on Google ADK

Production agent workflows built on Google's Agent Development Kit. Context is fetched by bounded code, not chosen by the model; each step works with exactly what it was given and hands its output to the next.

Agent Flight Check

A fixed-price audit of the agents, MCP servers and coding assistants in the agreed scope: inventory, permission map, ten days of hash-chained tool records, ranked findings and a remediation plan.

DIAGNOSTIC · THREE WEEKS · $9,500

AI Spend Audit

Seat-level usage, AI-attributed commits and PRs by team, cost per active seat, and a renewal recommendation for your Copilot, Cursor and Claude spend.

Witness

The open-source MCP flight recorder the Flight Check runs on. Hash-chained records of tool calls through wrapped servers, kept on your machines by default.

THE PRACTICE

How client work is held.

The work should be inspectable before, during and after an engagement.

Built in your environment.

ADK workflows are scoped to your systems and delivered into your repository and Google Cloud project, with an evaluation suite and handover. The code and infrastructure remain yours.

Diagnostics with a defined finish.

The Agent Flight Check takes two weeks at $7,500; the AI Spend Audit takes three weeks at $9,500. Each ends with named files and a readout.

An inspectable instrument.

Witness is an Apache-2.0 open-source recorder. For a Flight Check, records stay in your boundary, and the evidence export is a file you can inspect before sharing.

Named before access.

Anyone who needs access to your systems is named to you before access is granted, and every inquiry is answered by the people doing the work.

THE FIT

Who works with Services.

The build and the diagnostics answer different questions for different teams.

THE PROCESS

How an engagement runs.

Start with the problem and the systems in scope. Finish with something your team can inspect and keep.

  1. 01

    Scope it on a call.

Thirty minutes identifies the workflow to build or the estate to assess. ADK work is priced and scoped on that call; the two diagnostics have published fixed prices and timelines.

  2. 02

    Work in your boundary.

ADK code goes into your repository and Google Cloud project. For a Flight Check, Witness records activity on your machines; for an AI Spend Audit, the review starts with read-only access to the systems in scope.

  3. 03

    Hand over the result.

An ADK build includes the workflow, evaluation suite, observability and runbook. A diagnostic ends with findings, the underlying files and a leadership readout.

ANSWERS

Frequently asked questions.

The short answers. The offering and security pages carry the full scope.

What does "agentic AI conglomerate" mean?

DVC is an agentic company, and so is every business in it: the research, the code, the films and the day-to-day running are done by AI that acts, not just answers. People set the direction and answer for the result.

Do you sell an agent platform?

No. DVC Services builds workflows in your repository and cloud, and Witness is open source. The Flight Check and AI Spend Audit are defined engagements with files you own.

Who will we work with?

The person who scopes your engagement leads it and stays your direct contact. Anyone else who needs access to your systems is named before access.

Is Studios paid to say nice things?

No. Reviews and explainers are never paid. Films a company paid for say so on screen. Read the Studios standards →
